My name is Chelsey Fulbright, I’m 30 years old, I am from Hampshire, Illinois and I am here as a Community Cultivator. I studied journalism in college and consider myself an active writer and researcher. I have big ideas and budding goals, and I’m so ecstatic to be here! Many of you may know me from my days as co-founder, farmer, social media manager and market vendor with FulBuschel Farm and Produce LLC (FulBuschel Farms LLC). We sold our organic produce at the Hampshire farmers market, Barrington farmers market — AND we had an 11 member CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture). I have been working in greenhouses, on farms, in gardens and self-studying since 2011. I recently had a huge life transition and have found myself back in my hometown area, and I’m ready to lay deep roots. I work hard as a remote, large project division call center supervisor to one day afford land that I can tend to and carry out all my homesteading and self-sufficiency dreams and goals. This is starting as a passion project while I continue working toward bigger plans. I hope you will stick around to see what comes next! Thank you for supporting me and this project!
